You’ll have behind-the-scenes access to how agency services, educational programs, and live events work together operationally. While this is not a strategy or marketing role, it offers real exposure to how a multi-offer, service-based business operates day to day.

About this role

What you'll do

This role supports the execution side of our content and visibility systems.

Content, structure, headings, URLs, and posting instructions will be provided. Your role is to take what is provided and ensure it is built, organized, scheduled, and documented accurately inside WordPress and related tools.

Technical requirements

This role requires hands-on technical experience with WordPress and basic HTML.
At a minimum, you must already know how to:

Create internal and external links using HTML

Add bullet points and lists using HTML

Work comfortably inside Divi Text modules using basic HTML
SEO best practices required:

Heading hierarchy (H2, H3, etc.)

Internal linking
R
Clean URL structure
These skills are required, not optional.

Training provided for our workflows, but you must have baseline technical understanding.

What you must do

  • Blog posts must be built using Divi modules only
  • Headings must use the Divi Heading module with correct levels
  • Paragraph content, links, and lists must use Divi Text module with HTML
  • Instagram embeds must use the Divi Code module
  • Structure, accuracy, and consistency are required
